TouchMath, often referred to as The Alphabet of Mathematics, is a multi-sensory teaching method designed to help students learn and retain basic math concepts. For over 27 years, TouchMath has proven successful in the classroom because it appeals to all three types of learners: visual, auditory, and tactile/kinesthetic. Students build math confidence when they see it, say it, hear it and touch it.

TouchMath also empowers learners to advance from concrete to abstract concepts by using tools such as visual cues, age-appropriate graphics, sequential teaching strategies and ample reinforcement. Please see the document linked below for instructions about how TouchMath works as well as a diagram of the individual numbers.
